Trainer Profile:

Shirley Chapman (PhD) is the owner of Education Dynamics and is a partner with the BizBite Consulting Group. She has over thirty years of experience in business, universities, colleges, and public schools.

Her university experience is in the Faculty of Education where she instructed method courses to undergraduates and postgraduates in two universities. She was the program development specialist in a college for several years. In addition, her teaching experience includes teaching public school and in colleges. At present, she is teaching students in Winnipeg by distance.

Shirley has over ten years of instructional design experience. This experience includes designing and developing for courses for colleges; programs for high school divisions; professional development for health professionals; seminars for a housekeeping consultant, and a training program for a seminar company.

As well, she and her business partner have designed and developed four business courseware products that are sold on CD's. Instructor guides have also been written for the four-courseware products so that they can be taught in colleges and universities.

Education Dynamics's motto is Active Learning, Anywhere, Anytime, and Anypace. The learner is always placed first in all design and development that Education Dynamics is involved in.
