20 years IT experience in government organizations and private sector companies combined with current information technology training.

Currently employed full time as the Search Engine Optimization & Internet Marketing Specialist with Etraffic Solutions Inc., an international provider of Internet-based eLearning applications.

Rick is also a part time instructor in Camosun College School Of Business Continuing Education Department where he teaches in both the Web Design Certificate Program and the MS Access Certificate Program. These are both two year programs.

He has taught career transition related courses at the University Of Victoria. Active in a variety of local technical and business groups he has also facilitated a number of industry related training and professional development programs.

Rick has been an employee, employer, and an IT recruiter. He has been a partner in a local business, a proprietor, an incorporated consultant and worked widely in both the public and private sectors in large and small organizations. He brings a real depth of experience to any classroom.
