Al has been coaching and helping clients implement personal and
organizational change in the workplace for over 35 years. He is
a Master Trainer with international experience coaching and training
executives, managers and professionals. His overseas experience
has honed his sensitivity to diversity issues within North American
organizations. He possesses a degree in Education with a minor in
Business; diplomas in Counselling and in Instructional Methodology.
He has held senior management positions in Organizational Development,
Human Resources, Consulting and Training.
Al uses the 'Socratic Method' in his coaching and training approach.

that are preventing growth and productivity. No new-age philosophies
